How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Wolfera account and the data linked to it, send an email to mohamad.adib.tawil@gmail.com with the subject line Wolfera Account Deletion Request.

Please include the following in your message:

• The email address or phone number linked to your account.
• Your full name if available in the account profile.
• A clear request stating whether you want account deletion or only partial data deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

After verifying the request, Wolfera will process deletion of the account data that can be associated with your user identity, including where applicable:

• Profile information such as name, email, phone number, avatar, and location details.
• Your car listings and uploaded car photos.
• Your favorites and notification records.
• Your chat content and related uploaded attachments where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

What May Be Retained

Some limited data may be retained for a defined period when needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before final removal.

Partial Data Deletion

If you do not want to delete the full account, you may request deletion of specific categories of personal data only. In your email, clearly identify the type of data you want deleted, such as profile photo, listings, chat attachments, or notifications.

Processing Method

At this time, deletion requests are processed manually after identity verification. Wolfera does not currently provide a self-service in-app button for full account deletion.
